SMEG GASOLGRILLAR. Now you can cook in style outdoors. Grilling food in style outdoors is now possible thanks to the Smeg barbecue range. Versatile and professional products, the barbecues are made from stainless steel and consequently are very hard-wearing, long-lasting and resistant to atmospheric agents. They are also LPG and natural gas compatible and can be fitted to a convenient trolley with opening side flaps which become very handy plate or utensil rests. Easy to use and completely self-contained, Smeg barbecues grill meat, fish and vegetables to perfection. The hood (on selected models) has 2 cooking chambers and features a thermostat so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature and a tempered glass viewing panel so you can check on how your food is doing. A range of special accessories allows you to cook other kinds of food in a variety of different ways. The infrared grill burner, for example, is positioned on the back wall and works together with the rotisserie to perfectly cook meat on the spit, and why not use the spit and its accompanying baking tray for mouthwatering baked potatoes and roasts. To make your food taste even better, Smeg has devised and included a meat smoker. This adds a real "gourmet" finishing touch and gives your meat or fish an unbelievable hickory flavour!Smeg barbecues also include drip trays for collecting the fat and juices produced during cooking. As well as 90cm models, 60cm models with 2 grilling zones are available.
